I ordered a laptop battery with Chris. He said he would have a charger for me within a weeks time and I received it on time. I have done business with Paradigm before and have had no issues. This company has the best response time, no matter how soon I need someone onsite to fix one of our units they have been there. Chris mounted our 65” TV over our fireplace. It was a pretty tedious and tough assignment but he really was informative and detailed throughout the process. I would highly recommend their services in the future.
