I had an excellent experience at Midwest Eye Consultants in Barberton, Ohio. From check-in to check-out, the customer service was outstanding. The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, the technicians were professional and kind, and the doctor took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The entire visit felt well-organized and patient-focused. I truly appreciated how respectful and attentive everyone was. I had an amazing eye exam with Dr. Baumer. He was able to update my contacts and glasses while also helping me manage the complications of my nearsightedness. I left the appointment fully assured I was in great hands. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an eye doctor!
