Definitely would have been a 5 star if the masseuse would not have talked the entire time and then start crying. I felt really bad about her circumstances and found myself trying to console her instead of getting to enjoy my relaxation massage. The sad part was she was really good so I would have enjoyed it otherwise. I just wanted to relax and enjoy. Instead I felt like I was playing therapist. I feel bad saying that because she was so sad, but I was so looking forward to some relaxing me time. I do wish her the best, but will not be going back.

I found this place on Groupon and after reading the reviews I decided to book my husband and I both appointments for their 75 minute massage with cold stones special deal. I purchased the Groupons after confirming that they had 2 appointments at the same time for us and I provided the certificate#'s. We arrived on time and we're greeted by Emily & Tina. After filling out the required forms, Tina proceeded to try and up sell me on a "better style" massage that is more stretches and that it would probably help me more for $20. I declined. We go in our separate rooms and I started out on my back. On the forms and in person I expressed that I only wanted my neck/shoulders and legs massaged. Tina spent more time pulling and shaking my arms and lightly rubbing my face than she spent massaged my neck. She moved down to my legs and massaged them briefly. She started to incorporate the cold stones but they were not relaxing at all so I requested she stop using them. I then flip over onto my stomach and had high hopes of a good neck massage but that did not happen. She started on my arms yet again and when I said I didn't want my arms done she said it helps the muscles in my back relax. She worked on my legs more and it seemed that Everytime I said "that feels good" she would do it for one more time and then do something different. I was very disappointed in this massage. I did not feel relaxed at all. I felt that because I said no to her up charge deal she still tried to incorporate her stretching style in. I go for massages a lot and this wasn't a place I would return to. Also at the end we were charged for TAX..we buy Groupons frequently and we have NEVER been charged a tax. We paid $8 in tax. If you are looking for a good massage that leaves your muscles feeling worked and relaxed then look elsewhere.
