I saw Dr Zhang and she was wonderful. She took so much time to explain all of my options. She was super thoughtful and honest. I never felt rushed, and she answered all of my questions and even brought up things I didn’t even think about. I will definitely go with Lucent For all of my dermatology needs in the future! I really appreciated all the staff being so kind and attentive and caring! That is very hard to find in a doctors office these days! Especially the feeling of not being rushed and having a doctor that absolutely took her time! You can tell she really cares about her patients! She’s an amazing doctor and I feel very lucky I found her!!! Thank you!!!
Staff is extremely concerned and pleasant. Every procedure is explained in advance. They’re was no waiting around - very impressive. Staff appeared to work really well with one another. Would highly recommend this practice.
This practice is extremely efficient and kind. I didn't feel a thing when they removed a cyst on my neck and recovery has been good. I enjoyed the kindness of the whole staff and the dr. I will absolutely be back in the future.I've had a simular procedure done before (removal of a cyst) and the other place didn't offer me in office removal which was annoying. I had to be put under for two small arm cyst. They also wouldn't even send off the removed cyst when I asked repeatedly. This location automatically sends off your sample to make sure all is well which is the best and safest option! Thank you!
