Key Private Bank

I go to deposit check they tell me 5 day hold. I go to 3 other places including bank it was drawn off of no one will cash because key stamp on it so forced to go to my bank to deposit now waiting 5 days for my money and I have car parts to order since car was in accident. One lady at bank in highland sq was rude said I was going to switch banks, she replies have you been with us 6 months. I have been with bank almost 2 years. She said then you can switch banks no problem. She didn't even care that I was thinking of switching banks. If I had known about 5 day hold in first place would have never given her check. Now waiting 5 Business days so basically 7 days because weekends don't count in 5 day hold. Total BS.
