I would not recommend using under any circumstances. As a 1st time home buyer, I was under contract to buy a home through them. I was constantly lied to, manipulated, by Larry Triola and was forced to hire an attorney. Larry had no regard for the law and breached the terms of his contract several times as well as tricked me into using the title company that he owns which just lead to more problems. Larry has threatened me and insulted me. I would not recommend using Larry or Howard Hanna under any circumstances.

I found our realtor Jenny Franz, inconsistent, and unreliable. I dont consider someone a good realtor when they just want to lower the price to get rid of you. She made no effort to work for us. If she is getting a commission from us, then it is part of job to help dealing with different issues that come up. I like to praise the photographer, she did a good job. Maybe Jenny Franz has to many clients and doesn't have the time or the staff to take care of her client. Her lack of effort and the only option she provided was to continue lowering the price. Exceptionally disappointed in home warranty offered by this broker. I have been hung up on multiple times by outside customer service. This negative review is posted after six months of regrettable customer service. Poor value. Unprofessional. Not responsive. Erin Soltis.
