I don't understand these one star reviews! The lady that owns it, is literally the nicest human. I got an herbal wrap today, she was very professional. She made me feel comfortable which is not easy for me considering I'm over weight and shes going to be wrapping my entire body. The place is very relaxed and made me feel at peace, almost slept lol. Good conversation as well! I will definitely be back and will be recommending them! & I lost about 20 inches, also a plus ?

I had a herbal wrap today for myself and my sister to celebrate her 25th birthday. The lady that helped me was nice. She was more professional and wore nursing scrubs. She told me I lost 14 inches around my body after the wrap, but I feel the same before I arrived. The other woman who helped my sister wore a grey t-shirt and jeans. This same woman told us we had to be quiet and stop talking once other customers arrived. She made my child go to the waiting room while he was sitting quietly with headphones on. She didn't even ask me was that okay to send him to a waiting room and I am his mother. The moment when another customer arrived, they were ready to take our wraps...read full review

First the good. I like going there. Like another reviewer said, the staff is friendly and professional. It was a relaxing experience after a stressful week. I enjoyed the quiet time. AND THEN. When I was done and about to leave the owner hustled me into a room and started whining about how little they make on the groupon deals. It's your business. If you don't like it, don't offer it. Then he offered a four treatment package that I thought sounded pretty reasonable. I'm coming back for the second treatment next week so I think, "I'll look at the finances for the next month and probably get it then". I tell him "I'll think about it". He gets loud with me and says "No, there's no think about it." So I said OK and left. I won't be pushed around like that. He lost the sale and pissed me off because I was super annoyed now and not relaxed at all.
