However, the reviews mention that a stylist named Franklin, who was highly regarded by customers, is no longer working at this location. Customers are disappointed to hear of his departure and are desperate to find him, as he was the only one they trusted with their hair.
Had a great experience at this Great Clips location. The staff was very understanding and took special interest in assisting us. We both received amazing haircuts that we haven't had in a long time from other stylists. It was our first time at this location and hopefully the same hair stylist will still be working when we return in next month. 👍👍 for Great Clips!!!
Stephani was absolutely amazing! She made the entire visit more than worth it. She had me convinced it was her first day the whole time, so I just trusted the process and she absolutely nailed it. She’s by far the most outgoing, fun, and personable stylist I’ve ever had cut my hair. I’ll 100% be coming back to see her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut and an even better experience.
Just remember… it’s her “first day.” 😉
There's a lot of mistakes in my haircut I was very unhappy and didn't notice it until I got home and now I'm sick so I'm not going to be able to get back there within the 7 day time frame but you can definitely see the mistakes
