Wow! We have a complex crown boiler
For our 6000 square foot log cabin. Soft lockout code on Monday before thanksgiving. I contacted ENG Sunday evening. Was immediately advised my normal technician was out of town but the owner Doug would diagnose Monday. Monday 8am they were at my home and over the next two days. They ordered parts, got it going until they arrived and kept me informed all along the way. Anymore it seems hard to get a phone call back…. Or if you do call a human to answer. NOT at ENG. They left messages. Sent texts. Even called after hours to check if all was running as expected until the new parts arrived. Proactive and prompt communication....read full review
Mitchell came to my home to service my furnace and a/c unit. He was very polite and found a few issues that needed attention. He was clean, and also cleaned things when he finished. I’ll ask that he come next year to do the same inspection/service.
We were having issues with our A/C unit and called ENG heating. They were able to come out in less than 24 hours and fix our issue. Mitchell was professional, knowledgeable and very honest. We will definitely be using ENG in the future. Thank you to the whole crew at ENG.
