I am 6 days out from my hip replacement surgery. All is well. I had my other hip replaced 10 months ago. That went fine also. Dr Ronald Mineo performed both surgeries and I can't say enough good things about him. I decided to have him perform my hip surgeries because he also performed 2 total knee replacements for me 8 years ago, with excellent results. Dr Mineo is a very kind, yet very professional surgeon. He took the time to explain the surgeries to me and offered injections in my joints as an initial treatment in order to delay surgeries as long as practical. He allowed me to decide when I was ready for my replacements. I am very pleased with everyone I encountered during my recent visit to Crystal Clinic, from the moment I checked in at the Front desk I felt welcome and received kind, yet professional treatment. I have, and will continue to recommend Dr Mineo and Crystal Clinic to anyone needing excellent orthopedic care.
I went to the Quick Care Clinic in Kent and was promptly and cordially greet by the front desk person. She answered all of my questions and gave me options based on my situation. I was taken back in under an hour which was satisfactory as I wasn’t expected to be seen that fast as there were multiple in the lobby. The nurse and provider were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely return here for other needs.
Injured my knee and went to the Kent Ohio location and they took very good care of me. Got me right in and they helped set up future appointments and helped with medications. Very professional and considerate.
