I had not been seen in a salon for a couple of years. I had no style and overall appearance had gotten (beyond) quite dull. Mel here at Cost Cutters made me feel welcome, comfortable and most of all -- she HEARD me! She brightened me up! Mel's suggestions for style, color were spot on! It's a big deal finding a Beautician/Stylist that is this knowledgeable and talented! I'm so glad I found someone that I can stick with for years to come!
Nivea was pleasant and professional. I am very pleased with the haircut I received. Definitely a place I will go to again.
