I have went to this place 3 days now in a row fist day the lady tired to say my insurance was not valid and then she said my appointment was the next day when I know it was not she needs to be replaced like damm how hard is to let me be seen this place sucks

Only giving one star because that is the lowest I can go. My son was put on ohio rise from colman with them saying that nothing would change it was only added benefits. What a joke! Every one of my sons services has been denied. Its been 4 months of me fighting to get my son the services back and ohio rise or colman doesn't care. They have thrown other providers under the bus saying it was their faults. This is not true! Colman has not honored any of the requirements of the ohio rise program and yet again my son suffers. I would avoid ohio rise and coleman at all cost!

I've been taking my son there for a couple years or so and suddenly they have either cancelled or rescheduled appts the past 8 times and my son hasn't gotten any help the entire time. We showed up for his appt today and the COUNSELOR came out and said they needed to discuss all the appts he's been missing.... I've driven him to EACH AND EVERY appt each and every time for him to be sent right back out the door. They kept blaming it on them being hacked and their systems being a mess, but yet he's the problem today???? I think not. Time for a new place.
