Had an 11:30am appointment, arrived at 7:45 and got checked in, was in a door by 8:10 and got the red light by 8:15. Call ahead and ask if you can come in early, judging by other reviews it sounds like a lot depends on who is behind the window, so calling would probably at least tell you what kind of day you're going to have. The number Google Maps and my broker supplied seems to go to Cargill corporate headquarters or something, the Akron salt plant's number is 330-seven four five - 00 three oneGPS tried to have me get off on OH59 but if you take I77 and get off on OH764/Wilbeth and head west it's pretty much a straight shot to Cargill, you will see... read full review

My experience: place is not bad, yes strict appointment time. Won’t let you check in until exact time but I was loaded in one hour and 30 minutes so that is good to me. No customer service cause the guy behind the glass is very unfriendly but they have the iPad for you to check in and out. They just need to put the printer outside so you don’t bother him about the bols cause he really doesn’t want to be bothered ?

some of yall be complaining but dont put the whole truth. show up on time to your pick up appointment and you will have no issues. if they are busy it may take a while to get into a dock but they have to load by appointment and in order of when we sign in. dont say you are waiting 5 hours if you are only there for 2!!
