Aspen made the insurance claim process simple, I filed it, they submitted the inspection and the insurance company approved it and paid out accordingly within 10 days. Wasn’t fully covered due to our policy type, so we had to pay some out of pocket and Aspen came down on pricing. They communicated well when it came to ordering supplies, drop off, permit pulling, start day, etc. The crew worked 12 hours and completed a full tear off and replacement on our house and detached shop. Decent sized job and they all worked diligently. When they were almost done, someone’s leg fell thru the house roof and they had to pull up shingles, put new board down and re-shingle, which is concerning but mistakes happen. Couple small siding damages that were taken care of quickly and seamlessly. The 1-less star disappointment was due to the lack of attention to detail with the excessive amount of nails and x2 razor blades found throughout the yard and driveway. Much more than the acceptable handful. They offered to send back the crew to rerun the magnet, but I declined because we have our own small magnet and I wanted to ensure it was taken care of being that we have dogs and young relatives who run around here. My POC, Brad was apologetic and understood my frustration with the clean up job, and also agreed, that it was not up to their companies standards. But I truly just cannot give 5 stars due to that alone. Otherwise, the job looks great, everyone was professional, courteous and for the most part, the process was easy going. I believe Aspen is a good company, the crews just need to be held to a higher standard to truly match how the company as a whole is portrayed and rated.

The reps from Aspen were terrific to work with. They were in contact scheduling the job and let me know anytime something changed and got my go ahead rather than surprising me when it was done. The crew was very polite and professional as well. A pleasure to work with.
