Same issues as everyone else can't talk to anyone they don't call back took almost two weeks last month to even get a hold of anyone to actually ask about the status of the supplies needed I'm definitely gonna ask about a new homecare

If I could give zero stars I would! Do yourself a favor and find a different DME company!!! You will wait weeks and still not get any calls back nor your supplies!!!!! Your baby and their nutritional needs will be ignored and at risk waiting on these guys!

Our experience has been as bad as all the other reviews. They never answer and sometimes our supplies show up on time, sometimes they don’t. We are almost out of feeding supplies 2 weeks after calling them. I will be looking at switching home care providers
