I just talked to a guy on the phone there a few minutes ago. He was the rudest person that could have answered.
He didn't explain anything but, treated me stupid for not knowing any of it. And then, got an attitude with me. If a business is getting an attitude with a would be paying customer for not knowing their process, and then treating them like they're stupid on top of it; I'd steer clear of that business.
Their prices are for sure great but, I'm personally paying over a hundred more to an obviously better "behaved" business. And not because I have to. Simply because a woman that was nice to me on the phone deserves it more.
