Josh & Priceless Inspections greatly exceeded my expectations. Josh was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. As a first-time homebuyer I really appreciated that he took the time to explain things and not rush, it really eased a lot of my jitters and concerns. He was meticulous and performed a comprehensive inspection, providing everything discussed in the inspection report later THE SAME DAY. I would highly recommend Josh & Priceless Inspections. Could not ask for better service. Josh’s personality is great, you can tell he loves what he does and has your best interest in mind. Josh went above and beyond during my home inspection; explaining exactly what he was looking for and why, along with testing and checking multiple items that were not required of him. He was very meticulous in both his inspection and the written report. As a first time home buyer it felt great to have someone Iook out for you.
