I have seen Dana Thomas twice and both times she's been very helpful and nice! After my last appointment she told me to call in a week and since then I have called several times and either get an automated message or two times have gotten Jeff who said she would call me back and she never did! This happened to me at a different doctors office and I really feel like they just never tell the doctors I called :(
