My family has been in the commercial heating, plumbing, and HVAC business for 75 years. They don't do small residential jobs however. I called John during the heat wave this past July and boy did he deliver. Not only is he extremely honest, he's a true professional in every sense of the word. His installation teams were exception and returned for a secondary issues promptly and took care of everything as was promised. It is rare today to find someone who wants to lower the bill and not charge for extra things you don't need. I wish all the contractors were this transparent and worked so hard to take care of their customers. The essence of any job well done is a meeting of the minds and doing what's right. If you are in need a service to your HVAC system, this is the company to call. From the time I made the call to schedule the service I felt good about this place. And I was right on. Not only were they on time, they were professional and reasonably priced. They got my system working in one visit. They explained what probably went wrong based on their experience and explained how I could avoid the issue in the future. There may be bigger companies in the area who advertise more but they definitely charge more and they do not come anywhere near the level of quality provided by Mercury. If you need them, call them.
