“I received ketamine infusion treatment at Vivash Med Spa and Hudson Valley Ketamine Lounge to help address a lifelong problem with anxiety. Knowing that I was in the hands of a well trained and extremely knowledgeable staff (including an emergency room RN, multiple NPs and an anesthesiologist) really helped to put me at ease (which is a must, if you have anxiety issues). I came in with a lot of questions, all of which were answered in a clear, concise and caring manner. The experience (and results) were nothing short of amazing. I felt safe and secure during the infusion and came away from it (i) with an overall reduction in my anxiety levels (for the first time in my life) and (ii) looking at my anxiety in a new light (i.e. as something that CAN be addressed, as opposed to a foundational personality quirk that I just have to learn to live with (an approach which has not worked in my 40+ years on this planet). The location is clean and comfortable, the staff is great, and the ketamine therapy services have set me on a course towards healing that I didn't think was possible. I love this place and will definitely be back for a maintenance infusion. I would strongly recommend that anyone dealing with anxiety and/or depression call for a consult. Thanks team!“

“This was such an amazing experience I cannot say enough positive things about it! Eileen is magical. I had lip filler and the assistant put a numbing gel on my lips first which made the procedure nearly painless. I had this done before by a doctor and he did not numb me and it hurt like crazy. My lips came out perfectly and with minimal swelling and no bruising. One day after the procedure, swelling was nearly gone and my lips looked great. They gave me a lovely lip balm with arnica to help with swelling, too. I only wanted a subtle change and no one tried to talk me into doing more filler or additional procedures. The whole experience was wonderful. The staff is super friendly and kind and really listened to what I wanted and they delivered. As if that's not enough, the prices are quite reasonable, too. I will not go anywhere else for my fillers again. Highly recommend.“

“I cannot express how much I loved my experience here. I was coming for my first facial and was a little tense and nervous because I wasn't sure how it was going to go, the tools she would use, how the different products would feel, etc. Carolina was so gentle and sweet and made me feel safe and at ease. She would constantly check in on me and ask me how I was feeling, if I was ok, and would reassure me if I got slightly anxious. The whole experience was amazing. My face felt so much nicer, cleaner, rejuvenated, and relaxed during and after the facial. The massage was soothing and much needed, and Carolina was knowledgeable in feeling which areas on your neck/back are stiff, where stress goes, if you're more tense in some areas, etc. Not to mention, Carolina is less of an esthetician and more of a friend. She is calm, reassuring, gentle, and makes sure you're happy with what she's doing the whole time. I could not recommend her services enough, and I cannot wait to go back again, which won't be long before I do! Absolute best place to get a facial, and her other services are great too!“
