I was coming for my first facial and was a little tense and nervous because I wasn't sure how it was going to go, the tools she would use, how the different products would feel, etc. Carolina was so gentle and sweet and made me feel safe and at ease. She would constantly check in on me and ask me how I was feeling, if I was ok, and would reassure me if I got slightly anxious. The whole experience was amazing. My face felt so much nicer, cleaner, rejuvenated, and relaxed during and after the facial.
