We have a heating unit that is pretty much 'extinct' (hot water baseboard heated via an ELECTRIC boiler!). Over the years, any time we've had an issue, it takes a dozen calls to both electricians and plumbers to find someone willing to come and look! I found 123 HVAC Specialists after hours of research to find anyone who would be familiar with a system like ours. THANK GOODNESS I FOUND THEM! I explained the situation to the office Mgr (?) who set up an appointment for the next day. Joe showed up this morning, found exactly what was wrong (no guessing!), and fixed it in no time. Yesterday, after experiencing a sudden a/c breakdown, I called 123 HVAC for an emergency air conditioner repair. The technician was courteous and professional, explaining the problem in simple terms.
