I had the sweetest encounter with a girl named phoebe! She literally didn’t even hesitate to ask if I needed help once she saw me looking and she color matched me and I think I actually found the shade for me! I was only there for eyeliner even tho I didn’t get the concealer only because I wasn’t there for that but she helped me find a wonderful eyeliner. She works in the Juvias dept. and was so sweet and outspoken and knowledgeable about the questions I had. She deserves a raise! We needed a product that could help our son scalp and bring hydration and moisture to his hair. Me and my husband stop by the cross country ulta location. At first we didn’t see no one there that could relate to the texture of our son‘s hair, he have 4c hair. As we was leaving I seen Xavier who had on a hat but his mustache was 4c. Told him our concerns, and what we wanted from a product to help our son. He help us with EVERYTHING, gave us a routine we should do with our son hair at home on wash days and made us feel seen and heard! If you’re ever in a rush, do don’t come here. The store is not that big and still the customer service is so slow. the line didn’t move for 5 minutes and no one came to help, even though there was people around. Next time I’ll just order for pick up, because I don’t want to spend half my time I’m in a store in line.
