I had an amazing experience with AlexT. My hair stylist. I came across this place a month ago I love my old neighborhood and their mom and pop beauty supply stores, but Ulta takes things up a level or 4 lol but i digress. My friend told me about their services and she was gonna get glammed up so I saw the vast services they provided and decided to give my kids a go at it 1st. My 6 yr old massive curly hair went in for a cut. Alex T. Did great my son and I both loved it. My 13 yr old daughter went in for a cut, gloss, and blow out ( this time with brigeet) was good friendly but cut was later found out to be uneven. I usually enjoy shopping at Ulta, but unfortunately, some managers don’t seem to know how to properly handle customer concerns regarding products. I’ve experienced interactions where I was treated quite rudely, which was disappointing. I hope Ulta can provide better training in customer service, especially for management, to ensure all customers feel respected and heard.
