Pauline really takes her time when doing your hair. I don’t know how she does it but the silk press lasts such a long time! She is very knowledgeable about hair and gives recommendations on products to use at home. She gives plenty of time and care to each part of the process. Even the her washing the hair is amazing!

Pauline is incredibly talented and truly cares about her work. I had a retouch, deep treatment, and color rinse, and she took the time to get to know both me and my hair before starting. She asked about my routine and the products I use, shared helpful tips for caring for my hair between visits, and recommended a few products I could easily order on Amazon to help with strength, moisture, and elasticity. The whole experience felt very personal and pleasant plus thoughtful conversation. I’ll definitely be coming back.

As a first-time customer, I can honestly say The Beauty Bar VIP gave me a great experience that will keep you coming back! My stylist, Natalie, washed and did a deep conditioning treatment to my hair and afterwards a blowout with a much needed trim. My hair came out unbelievably soft, shiny, and full of body & still with a great length. The salon was clean and cozy & I walked out feeling refreshed.
