I hired Neil to inspect my home for harmful mold growth. He arrived on time and was very professional. He answered my numerous questions thoroughly and with patience. He showed real concern. He took air samples on each level of my house and did a thorough inspection of the house, including the attic, for excess moisture and leaks. He found several problems with my roof and took detailed photos. His complete report with the results of the air samples and photos arrived the next day. Luckily, no excess mold detected. I feel he went well beyond my expectations in all aspects of the consultation.
