This place is so one of the most indecent establishments I’ve ever been to get any nail services !!!! I’ve been trying with this salon since 2019 when it had its first batch of nail techs and from the there it’s been a bumpy, lumpy, UNPROFESSIONAL ROAD SINCE. I know the questions remains , well why keep going back? 1- I lived extremely close to the salon 2- I just left my Asian nail tech after 5years because I was looking for a little more and because her customer service skills started to deplete. 3- there were certain nail techs (throughout the years ) that provided great service sometimes and I loved their work and grew a somewhat bond with them. 4- I respect any female that’s starting their own business and is looking to better the community while giving young technicians an opportunity to strive and succeed at their goals. My last time here was MONDAY AUGUST 16, 2021 and here’s my experience I called that morning at 9:52am and spoke with the women who books the appts ( heavy set and very rude and dishonest ). I asked if WILMARIE had any availability for that day and she told me yes 3:45pm. I booked for that time and received a confirmation text. I arrived i at 3:45pm only to have someone still getting their nails done, not only that she was just beginning her set. I checked in and was told she would be right with me after she’s finished with the current client. I stepped outside to take a phone call. After 15 minutes I came back inside and she is still on her client. I sit down in the waiting area only to hear and see both WILMARIE AND THE HEAVY SET RECEPTIONIST talking in Spanish and making face gestures my way, two seconds later I was asked if NIA could do my nails. I sat with nia as she tried to accommodate my request but fell short of what I asked for (an overlay ) and then asked for the assistance of NOREY to look at my nails. Aggravated I grabbed my bag and let them know I wouldn’t be getting my nails done. I went to leave but forgot there was still acrylic on my nail from her attempt to overlay my pinky fingernail. I came back inside and asked for it to be soaked and removed. NIA STARTED TO SOAK AND I could tell she was irritated as she began to pack up her station to leave for the day. She left and NOREY WAS LEFT TO finish it up, NOREY checked on me one time in 20 Minutes for 1 fingernail It was at that point I got up and walked over to the receptionist and informed her about my experience and how I was not happy with the services nor the dishonesty. She showed no regard and when I asked if JENNA THE OWNER WOULD BE IN TUESDAY the receptionist and NOREY both looked at each other and said no, meanwhile she was there but left shortly after my arrival . I overheard JENNA SAY “see you guys tomorrow “ I turned my attention to Wilmarie who never even greeted me throughout the entire process and she’s been the only one doing my nails there since OCTOBER 2020, honestly I was her first appt there ( that’s another bad experience ) I explained to her my issues and let her know that she could have at least acknowledged me because she knew who I was there for and she showed no regard as well. Anyway I let them know everyday I will be posting a bad review until………. I have more stories about this place and would love to share but please please please DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL ESTABLISHMENT and if you need more detail I can provide that as well..
