At first since I was a potential customer that’s really pretty nice but as soon as they found out that my insurance is out of net work, I didn’t exist to them and the gentlemen with glasses so rude

Dr Shapiro has retired and Shapiro Optical no longer exists. In its place is Cohen Optical. I made an appointment believing it was Shapiro's(they're using the same phone number) and was told when I arrived for my appointment that Dr Shapiro had retired.

I have been going to Shapiro Optical for about a year now and have always been treated with exceptional service and care. I hope to continue always with Shapiro Optical in the future.
