Well the staff I. The store I love .. as for the policies of service You call , you feel well assured that all is fine even to the point of getting an email transcript of the entire conversation. Next you wait for the REPAIR SERVICE PERSON you intend to get only to see a delivery truck arrive in your driveway So I say what have you got for me? He says nothing. Me: What are you here for? He leaves - wastes my time but gets paid for the call This happened twice for the same appliance after telling the person at Geek Squad not to send a delivery person but a repair technician please I have the emailed transcripts to prove it. Since then I have heard nothing from them at all. And I only need a screw for my refrigerator door or new handle ? Unbelievable never get a service contract from them please save yourself the headache

We had the best experience at this Best Buy. Johnny was an excellent employee and did a great job helping us find a laptop. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We truly appreciated the personalized attention. I would 100% recommend coming here due to the incredible employees.
