I highly, highly recommend this location in Cross County. I have been here on 2 different occasions and the staff is so AMAZING!!! each one of them is extremely knowledgeable and Professional while being friendly and caring at the same time. Wonderful customer service so helpful and easygoing. I actually had a fun time picking out my frames. They were fun to interact with such wonderful personalities they made me feel welcome and so Confident in my choice and how I looked in my new glasses. Very patient. And when it came to my purchase, they were Amazing. So helpful and Great with explaining things and going the extra mile for me. One a scale of 1-10 I give them a 100... LOL!!! 100 Percent Amazing. The Gentleman in the woodbridge center mall was very helpful in fixing my granddaughters glasses and proceeded not to charge me ....I really appreicated the service and would recommend their service .
I had a eye exam today. I love the new equipment that they’re using at this present time. I got excellent service from Kathy,crystal and Mar it’s the best eye exam I’ve had. I just love the new technology.
