Been here twice and experienced the same thing. The employees are not friendly, upon walking in, they won’t greet you and ask what can they do for you. Awkwardly waiting and standing and not sure if you should talk to them first or wait. I feel unwelcome here but still give three stars because the Dr. is nice.

Dr. Abbas was incredibly kind and Marisol made shopping for frames a breeze. The exam room was cozy and the front office area was clean and bright. I never felt pressured by a member of staff to purchase more than what I needed or wanted. The office was easy to find and there is metered street parking, and a nearby parking garage.

This practice is the cleanest healthcare office I've come across during the pandemic. They wipe all their surfaces and eyeglass lens frequently, and all the service providers are always wearing masks. I feel safe when I go there. In addition, the staff are respectful and nice, and the waiting time is typically no more than five minutes. Yonkers is lucky to have such a well-maintained and professional practice.
