Do not go to this establishment. I repeat, do not go to this establishment. Nails started chipping a day after. If you complain , They will refuse to take responsibility and tell you all sales are final and no refund. The place is also dirty and they use the same equipment on multiple people which can cause fungus. I will be reporting them to the health department as well as consumer protection for scamming customers like this. This establishment needs to be shut down. Made and appointment for 6pm arrived 30 min prior the location was not busy, the hosts acted like she couldn’t be bothered. The nail tech was not trained she was calling others to finish a set cause she doesn’t know about gel/acrylic. Everyone seemed as if they where ready to go home. I have been to this location before and referred someone and had a terrible experience, when I spoke up the the hostess wanted to be combative. This isn’t a FREE service so be considerate of my time and money.

Yesterday was my first time at this salon. I didn't make an appointment in advance, but they managed to take me in despite the fact that their opening hours were already coming to an end. The manager helped me to choose a nail polish and then a shade, showing on my nails, so that it was easier and faster for me to choose.The manicure itself and the gel polish were done by Nuve (I hope I wrote it correctly). At the very beginning, she opened the bag with sterile tools in front of me. The process itself was very fast.
