Dr. Sookoo was extremely thorough Before exam even began & was Extremely kind and gentle during exam, due to a neck injury. The staff were very nice and knew exactly what they had to do and did it in a timely fashion. I am thankful that they got to the root of the problem.

I am glad to find Dr. Sookoo here in Suffolk County. It's very hard to find not just a good dr but a dr who will address your symptoms. Thank you for understanding my concerns and getting to the root of things. It's not just about doing an eye exam/screening but giving me a quality consultation. He is very easy to talk to and I appreciate it even more that the whole team worked well together. It was a smooth process from check in to screening assessments and consultation and even finding the right pair of glasses for myself. Thanks for an amazing customer service. I'd pay three times over just for all of you to experience what I did. Dr.Sookoo is the epitome of sheer professionalism in an optometrist with explanations so clear a 5-year-old can understand. My first time in a Walmart vision center, didn't know what to expect, but I'm so glad I came. Very knowledgeable & no feeling of a rushed appointment like so many have already experienced. Thank you
