The technician called about 20 minutes prior to coming to let me know he was on his way. He was very thorough examining my entire a/c system and explained every step of the way. I know for the rest of the Summer my system is up and running with no worries.

We recently had our AC serviced by a man named Zack who works for Petro Home Services in Suffolk County, NY. He was very knowledgeable and professional with his expertise and service. He possessed a great, positive attitude and personality and was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure he did everything he had to do and even asked us if we had any questions or other concerns to address. Overall, he was excellent in every way possible. The next time we need our AC serviced, we will definitely ask for Zack again. We are very happy with the service we received from him. Thanks again so much.
