I cannot recommend ITS enough. After dealing with several shady cleaners who used bait-and-switch and other dishonest methods in their estimates and other business practices (including fake Google reviews), I was lucky enough to find Doug's company. We had a smoke damage issue and there was a time crunch because of renovation deadlines. I called ITS one evening after having been strung along and then ghosted by another cleaning company, and Doug immediately answered. He was direct and honest and helpful. I literally cannot say enough good things about this amazing company and the kind, caring, HARD-WORKING staff. Delightful from start to finish. My life is now unstuck thanks to their heavy-clean up, removal, and organizational assistance. The best of the best—5 Stars is not enough stars!??????????
