Our hot water tank was on the fritz and Mark came in the same week to replace and fix issues with our furnace as well. This was all done at a price nearly half as much as I was quoted by the big HVAC companies. Highly recommend reaching out to Mark for any local work needed.
Our hot water heater was leaking this morning. Mark and John were able to come over the same day and replace it for us! They were both kind, professional, honest and friendly. The whole experience was under 2 hours and we couldn't be more happier. If you need help with your heater please contact them! They are truly the best!
My wife and I wanted to replace our tankless how water heater before we had any issues with it (it was getting on in years, as we are) and called several local plumbing & heating contractors. After getting several prices, we were pleasantly shocked by the quote from Mark Kaczala Plumbing and Heating! He was, buy a very wide margin, the least expensive (his quote also included the next larger capacity model) and also certified by the company whose product we wanted.
