, my experience at this salon was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. If you have natural hair, be warned, this is not the place for you. The staff clearly lacks the proper knowledge or respect for caring for natural textures, and instead of treating your hair with the care it deserves, they rip through it with a fine-tooth comb, causing unnecessary damage and discomfort.
What made matters even worse was the attitude of the owner. She was not only unprofessional but downright rude, acting as if customers were a burden rather than the reason the business exists. There’s no sense of hospitality, and it honestly felt like she didn’t want your business at all. You can’t even ask a simple question without being met with sarcasm or a nasty tone.
The whole operation felt extremely disorganized and unprofessional, just chaotic and poorly run. For the prices they charge, you'd expect at least a decent standard of service, but the quality doesn’t come close to matching the cost.
Bottom line: If you value your hair, your time, and being treated with basic respect, go somewhere else. There are better salons out there that truly understand hair care and customer service.

I’m an music Influencer and I say This is one of the best places I’ve ever been at I go here for all my big events and Radio interviews everyone is so friendly especially Mrs. Bertha she’s the best of the best and they do everything with excellence to the best of their ability better than some of those other popular hair places I’ve tried this ones one’s on top they can’t compare to Angela’s fresh look definitely recommend I’ll always go here no matter how big I get! ❤️❤️❤️

Everyone in the salon is a pleasure to work with besides the lady in the back that washes your hair , she is very rude and has no customer service, she pulled my hair and didn’t treat me like a customer at all
