I had an excellent experience with Accurate Mechanical Works when my AC stopped working. From the very first phone call, the customer service was professional and organized. The representative took all of my information, provided an estimated arrival time, and kept me updated with helpful text alerts throughout the process.
The technician arrived on time, was courteous and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced the faulty part within minutes and even took the extra time to inspect my air filter and make sure everything else was working properly.
