I wish there was the zero star option because this center takes the prize! My child was diagnosed and my service Cordinated forward this center information. I when ahead and did some research on it and notices not good reviews on the service transportation bus, which immediately give me a red flag. Momentos later I received a call from one of the staff members to set up a day to visit the center. I mentioned my concern in which he admitted that there were some issue in the past but he assured me that it has been taken care of. He transferred me to the director who since she got the on the phone told me straight up that she can speak to me about the center and their program and the bus services is not her business and they are sub contracted in which she has nothing to say. I asked her so if something happens to a child during the commute is not your business? Her cold reply was yes this not my concern. I told her I don’t care to visit her center if this was just siemply over the phone and with her response I don’t even what to imagine what happens in close door. (Talk about first impressions) she didn’t even try!! My child don’t speak he can’t tell me if something is being done to him. This is unacceptable I would never put my child at risk and this lady clearly demostrad to me she does not care.
