I really needed a mani/pedi before my trip but I didn't plan well, so I was really thankful to have gotten a last minute appointment. They were able to give me an appointment for 30 minutes after I called, though they weren't quite ready because the pedicurist was still eating lunch at 4 PM. I don't begrudge her for eating lunch but they could've totally told me to come later. The pedicurist was great; she didn't speak any English at all but this wasn't a barrier for me picking out my toe color (not gel). I have no complaints for my $20 pedicure that included a massage chair, foot wash, brief foot massage, and well-painted nails. It's been a month and my toes still look pristine. I would definitely come back for this. Unfortunately, my manicurist was not so great; she grabbed my hands while I was still getting my pedicure and made me stop the massage chair so she could file my nails. She asked if I wanted my nails cut or just filed, which I was surprised by because I'd imagine cutting my nails was a default. My instinct told me to say no, and I'm glad I did so because I don't know how it would've turned out. I asked for a light pink opaque nail polish - literally did not matter which one as long as it's transparent. She kept asking me to point at which one and I repeated myself several times, gesturing to all of the light pinks and saying "whichever one is opaque, not transparent" and I pulled out google translate to Spanish just to confirm. She gave me one that was beige. After a lot of frustrated back and forth on both our parts, she finally got me this one but painted my nails hurriedly to the very bottom, giving my nails a ragged look. She also left some nail polish on the sides and I had to ask her to remove it for me. She was annoyed every time I asked her to fix it and she was on her phone half the time. I don't know if their roles are set, but I would absolutely not get another manicure from this person again. My gel chipped within the first week and was pretty sad looking by the second. My gel manicures usually last me 2-3 weeks without any chipping at all.
Very satisfied with my hair cut. He exactly did what I wanted. I did my keratin hair treatment long time ago with him. I got a lot of compliments for my hair. Even though my hair is thick and long he charged me less compare to what other salon normally does. Very Satisfied ?
