I bought a very expensive rug from ABC Carpet and sent it 4 years ago from a different rug cleaner to have it washed. The rug returned as if it was never cleaned. After looking at the reviews and a few articles online, I decided to try revitarugs this time and I have to admit that they did a great job. The rug is shiny again like the first day I bought it. I bought a white Viscose rug from Restoration Hardware last year and I spilled some red wine a few weeks ago. I was very mad since I had a viscose rug in the past and when I had it washed from a local company, they completely damaged the rug. I looked online from a different solution and found revitaRUGS. They are probably the only company that can wash bamboo silk. The rug looks like new when returned.

They have a wonderful customer service and their delivery team is extremely nice and helpful. If you have a viscose rug, I strongly recommend to have it professionally cleaned from revitaRugs!!!
