This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had.... do NOT going here under any circumstances for a workers' comp case. They will have you do dozens of unnecessary tests for money. He wanted me to not work for 2 weeks..... Dr. Steiner looked up SONG LYRICS on google during our appointment and kept answering text messages. it took 20 minutes to yet through my intake.
My first appointment I waited two hours, talked to Dr. Steiner for five minutes and then booked two tests. Scheduled an MRI...I have two metal plates where they did the MRI. The tech didn't know that prior to my appointment but did the test anyway. Well, as you guess, no one could read the results. Then another doctor told me, after "going over" my EMG results, that I needed to go to a hand surgeon. I talked to my orthopedic surgeon, who did my emergency surgery at the hospital and he was NOT happy. Told me no surgeon does what they wanted the hand surgeon to do anymore because of the risks involved and what would be permanent damage. Along with that, he... read full review
Authorization Dept for Dr Steiners office there's a woman named Eugenie (hope I spelled it right ) she is awesome she's going above and beyond for me trying to get an MRI approved from the horrible insurance co, she's understanding , compassionate and funny . Thank you from the bottom of my heart your awesome .Very nice lady this office is lucky to have her I hope she's getting paid accordingly because she deserves it.
