My husband and I were greeted at the door by Kevin who quickly searched for our records. Sky took over to examine my current glasses and to ask if I had a new prescription or wanted to use the information from last year's prescription.
I selected a new frame. Sky updated my order 2025 order. It was the last day of the year. I had already used my Blue Vision civerage for 2025. So, I returned on January 2, 2026 to pay for my 2026 glasses.

I am so grateful for my experience at vision works. I had a stressful day at work and to top that my dental Loupes broke as my last patient was walking out the door. I made it here just as the doors were closing. Ian was absolutely amazing, he spent more than 30 minutes and luckily was able to fix my loupes. He has helped me in the past with my children’s glasses, and he absolutely saved me today. Needless to say I will be a repeat customer. Thank you so much for all your help!

Doctor, technicians, and receptionists are all very kind and helpful. The problem is they are incredibly slow, even with an appointment scheduled you will likely be waiting about an hour or more even on a weekday morning. Completely unacceptable for eye exams that should take no more than 30 minutes. Then after they will try to guilt you into purchasing glasses/contacts through them even though it’s far more expensive than most online retailers. Bring a book or headphones for the wait.
