TERRIBLE customer service. DO NOT come here, the policy for returning items is unfair and ridiculous. I asked the workers for 3 eyebrow pencils of a certain SPECIFIC COLOR, and they gave me the wrong color without me knowing, I bought it and a few seconds later I opened it and immediately went back to return it and they did not have the color i originally asked for so they refused to give me my money back… WHEN IT WAS THEIR FAULT. TERRIBLE PLACE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, IVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS. NEVER AGAIN. YOU WILL BE TREATED TERRIBLE IF YOU ARE HISPANIC, MIDDLE AGED WOMAN. SO SAD. NEVER COMING BACK.

This place is very cozy, the customer service is very good, and I always find what I'm looking for. As for the products, it is well stocked. I bless you and stay that way always..??

The experience I had was very bad before the pandemic. I shopped there a lot and the tension was magnificent. Now I have returned and the two times I have gone it has been the worst thing I have ever encountered, especially with that white girl with black hair with He has rays and wears glasses he tells you one thing and then he tells you another when he is in front of the other workers he changes too much with each other I went to change something and he told me that even if it was accurate it would arrive they never did it they say that you can't change when one is already off or He left the store and bought something and when he left it wasn't when he came back he...read full review
