Very poor service I ordered flowers for a special birthday. The order was accepted and my $130.00 taken then nothing.... no flowers and
no contact about the cancellation.
I was very dissapointed that we missed the event. And my sisterinlaw didnt receive her birthday flowers and card.
I had to ring New York from England to get any response on what had happened.
A quick apology and youll get a refund.
I would not reccomend them.

Flowers were not what I ordered. Used cheaper flowers and different vase. Was sent a photo when received and what was received did not even resemble what I ordered. Very disappointed

So we lost my nephew 6 yrs ago and we have used this florist to send plants flowers in the past because they state they are in Smithtown, NY. I thought this year, we would liven things up and I ordered a really deluxe designers choice best of best colorful flowers and blooming plants. I spent 130.00 from Colorado to Smithtown, and they received a medium sized Peace Lily. SERIOUSLY???? REALLY????
If I wanted a peace lily, I would've ordered a peace lily. This place is a fraud and I was embarrassed. It is so wrong on so many levels and how they have handled everything is so unprofessional and inexcusable. I spoke to a representative (Isabella) that told me it came from another florist and she was sorry but they couldn't do anything about our order because they out source the plants/flowers. I then hear from a lady who is supposedly an owner of the company and her name is Dawn Gudmundsen. She assures me they would send a different flowers/plant/ to my brother and sister in law. We let them know another arrangement was on the way and we were sorry. Nothing has arrived and crickets from this "Supposed" owner. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and have NEVER encountered such disregard for doing the right thing. This has been going on since 1/23/26. Unbelievable but I will hold you accountable.

I placed an order on Thursday, for a delivery on Friday. I called the office on Friday at 3pm, requesting an update, just to make sure they were being delivered and was advised they were on the truck and would be delivered. Well, the flowers were never delivered on Friday, so I sent an email to this company Friday evening, requesting a refund as these flowers were never delivered.
I then received a phone call from the delivery driver on Saturday morning (whom I could understand one word per sentence), and I kindly advised said person that I had already requested a refund since the flowers were not delivered in a timely manner. I then called the company to figure out what was happening and explained what had happened and advised them I would accept a late delivery on Saturday if they refunded the $17.99 delivery fee since it was late. They agreed, issued me a refund for the delivery fee and NEVER delivered the flowers! Now, 4 phone calls later, 3 days later, the company is telling me these flowers will NOT be refunded because the delivery attempt was refused. Mind you - this is after I had already spoken to someone and was advised the flowers WOULD be delivered, even though they were a day late. It is now 3 days later, my friend does not have her surprise birthday flowers AND I paid them $75 for flowers that were never delivered. They won’t refund me because their drivers are paid for attempts! Well, my friend and her husband were both home on her birthday AND they have cameras. There was NEVER an attempt made on Friday and now that’s MY problem? You have got to be kidding me! I literally got into a screaming match with Elizabeth on the phone because this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Just because their drivers are lying and not making deliveries does NOT constitute MY problem! Sorry, maybe you need to be hiring more reliable people or refund me for something I paid for and never received. That’s the cost of business - NOT a paying customer’s problem! Steer clear and far away as this company is extremely unprofessional and ripping people off! I should clarify this was the Smithtown office, so all of the fantastic reviews must be from the other office area!

I ordered the deluxe version of the Lovely Lavender Medley for a friend last week. Photo on website is large with at least five roses and is a very wide and full arrangement.
What she received what completely unsatisfactory and certainly not a deluxe order worth $95. There not enough roses, there are types of flowers missing and the whole arrangement and vase are too small.
No response and no explanation from the company.

Ordered flowers for a friend. 137.98 was taken out of my account. I was then called and told they needed to cancel the order. They stated they refunded me the 137.98. Woke up this morning to a SECOND charge of 137.98. They could not have cared less. Don’t waste your money on these people. They are thieves.

We order each year at Christmas. We have Christmas themed floral arrangements delilvered to our 90-plus year old aunt. Every year she is thrilled with the arrangement! Your staff is always so helpful and spot-on with beautiful designs that last well into the new year!
