I have been a student of Absolute Yoga for many years and have also had the pleasure of participating in their Yoga Teacher Training. Being both a student and teacher trainee truly transformed and enriched my life. I have met many wonderful people there and have made many beautiful memories. The yoga teachers are kind and compassionate. The staffmakes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Leslie, the owner, is lovely and truly cares about her students. She is very supportive and uplifting. I highly recommend this studio for all of your yoga and wellness needs.

I completed my 200 hour teacher training with Leslie and Elyse in 2016. Throughout the training, I learned about not only yoga poses, but the history of yoga and so much about myself as well. After graduation, I continued to study at Absolute, getting certified in chair yoga, restorative yoga, and yoga for kids. I have been teaching yoga since my graduation and I continue to enrich my own yoga practice with weekly classes at Absolute.
