Had a GE range that was defective from the moment it was delivered J&J were swift, diligent, and expert. They went above and beyond testing every aspect of the appliance. GE tried to pass blame for delays to them, which I investigated and GE were just trying to cover there own mistakes. These are good guys and you should trust them
Jordan quickly diagnosed the problem with our washing machine, replaced the worn part and now it’s working like new! Very satisfied, would call them again for appliance service if needed!
