This review is for the factory tour as I haven’t build a house with them yet: the employees providing the tour as well as anyone my wife and I spoke with were very informative, helpful and provided great customer service. I want to particularly highlight Lucas and the lady from the cafeteria (don’t know her name). My wife and I visited for a tour with our baby and we were informed babies were not allowed in the tour for safety reasons which I completely understand. They offered us to go in the tour in turns and I went first but since it was the last tour of the day, Lucas personally took the time to provide a tour for my wife. My first husband and I purchased the home on 16 sycamore Blvd right at the top of the hill in that development..we were very happy with how easy and how professional everyone was. It was so much fun picking the colors of our house, shingles, carpets, and even windows that open in so you can clean them from the inside.its been over 20 years.. and the house is still in great shape..I don't know why anyone would have problems with Westchester modular homes...

Maybe some past reviews do not know what it takes to build / assemble new modular homes. The houses were built to my specifications, on time with the materials I chose. Every thing was assembled in a timely and professional manner.T he complex turned out great.
