We’re a Brooklyn family who’d been hunting for a Catskills place—mainly around Windham and Hunter—for years. We were always pretty skeptical about working with brokers, so we tried doing everything on our own. After a few close calls with houses that had major issues (and even a land deal that turned out to be a scam), we realized we might need actual help.
We’d met Regina early on and kept in touch casually. Even before we officially hired her, she always gave us honest, unbiased feedback on every property we looked at. After the land mess, it was clear we needed someone who really knew the area, so we brought her on.

Of course there were ups and downs (there always are), and this was even a dual-agency situation, but Regina handled everything with fairness, calm, and really sound judgment. We ended up with an amazing property at a fair price, in record time.“
