“Cindy Welsh is fantastic! A straight shooter and invested in helping you find what you are looking and not just making a sale. She was tireless in helping me the right place and has an incredible knowledge of the market and the Catskills! I can't recommend her enough!”
“Fran Clarke has been in the area for over 20 years she's extremely knowledgeable,a person of high integrity and a great negotiator for the buyer or the seller”
“We worked with Derek Henriksen at Dugo Realty to find the perfect upstate home for our family. Derek was super communicative and responsive, scheduled last minute viewings to accommodate our schedule, and provided great perspective on the homes we visited. Derek has also been a great resource for local information/resources(attorneys, inspectors, contractors on modifications/upgrades). We just closed yesterday and spent the first night at our new home. Couldn't be happier!”
